GSN Games is looking for an Associate HR Generalist to join our team in Boston!

The Associate HR Generalist will be responsible for providing HR support to GSN Games employees in a variety of areas including, but not limited to, new employee onboarding, benefits enrollment and administration as well as general HRIS support. We are looking for a highly organized, self-motivated individual who has a strong attention to detail.
What You’ll Do:
• Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits, payroll and general HR information, etc. and ensure a timely and courteous resolution
• Complete written and verbal employment verifications
• Conduct new hire and benefits orientation with new employees
• Oversee data integrity for ADP Workforce Now including entering all US employee life-cycle changes through the HRIS (i.e. new hires, terminations, compensation changes, leaves of absences, structural and organizational changes)
• Manage the administration of the open enrollment process for all US Games employees presenting updates in benefits offerings and enrolling employees with benefit providers
• Assist employees with any benefit claim issues and plan changes
• Assist with processing and administering all leave of absence requests and disability paperwork: medical, personal, disability & FMLA
• Conduct research on HR best practices and trends and make recommendations for improvements
• Assist with the coordination of company culture initiatives, such as volunteer days or office events
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team and assist with HR projects and reporting as needed
About You:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus in HR or an HR related discipline (Psychology, Sociology etc.)
• 1-3 years’ experience in Human Resources, benefits experience highly preferred
• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize work and multi task successfully
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to keep confidentiality in all HR matters
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude, particularly in all employee facing situations
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
• Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with ADP HRIS a plus
• Strong preference will be given to candidates coming from the games, e-commerce, or computer software industries
