SUMMARY
Hulu’s Ad Tech and Platform Management (ATP) team is seeking an Ad Platform Specialist who will be an exceptional addition to our team. As an Ad Platform Specialist at Hulu, you will report into the Platform Services Manager and work closely with Sales, Sales Planning, Ad Operations, Analytics, and Product teams at Hulu. This role will be the first line of support for internal OMS users, provide recommendations for process improvements, and will ensure user efficiency across all teams. The right person for this role is process oriented, able to multi-task and problem solve with great attention to detail, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced collaborative environment. WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Support lead for Sales and Sales Ops within the Operative One OMS
• Manage user permissions/security settings (roles, profiles, etc.)
• Troubleshoot platform/performance bugs, reporting errors, and integration with Salesforce and the ad server
• Manage configuration of each user module (Sales, Ad Ops, Analytics, etc.)
• Create new products and ensure their proper integration with other systems
• Collect business requirements for feature requests and enhancements
• Complete new feature testing in sandbox environment before releasing into production
• Create and manage targeting options, approval rules, and custom fields
• Send planned and unplanned tool outage notifications to staff
WHAT TO BRING
• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in digital media operations
• 1+ years working in a sales or ad operations support role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels
NICE-TO-HAVES
• Familiarity with Operative One or similar OMS
