The HRIS Analyst will provide HRIS support and analytics to the Starz HR community, including system administration, data integrity, technology project support, consultation, and reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Serve as dedicated HR technology administration resource to Starz HR project work streams in the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of HR systems and processes for full lifecycle functions within HR
• Responsible all SuccessFactors data input and data integrity for Starz
• Serve as a liaison between Starz and Lionsgate HR to provide systems support and analysis and to leverage technology solutions to meet the needs of HR and users of HR information systems
• Develop and implement HR data audit processes for all HR systems, including SuccessFactors active modules and ADP
• Act as subject matter expert for the administrative configuration of all Starz HRIS systems
• Create and distribute ad hoc reports in SuccessFactors for all SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central
• Assist HR team members with technical issues related to the HRIS system by investigating problems and developing detailed suggestions for resolution
• Assist in the review, testing and implementation of future modules in SuccessFactors
• Assist in HRIS design, development, and creation of training guides for all users
Required Skills:
• Bachelor degree plus 2-3 years of experience in HRIS or HR Technology role
• Previous experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Experience with SuccessFactors Performance Management, Goal Management, Job Profile Builder, Compensation, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition and Onboarding, Succession Planning and/or PeopleProfiles a plus
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills
• Experience working on HRIS project implementations
• Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors software and computer system analysis
• Previous experience with SuccessFactors module roll-outs
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge of relational databases
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with employees
• Possess good communication skills both orally and in writing
• Ability to maintain discretion and work with sensitive/confidential subject matter required
• Demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness and strong attention to detail
