Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation, implementation and management of digital media campaigns, including product timelines, gathering of assets, traffic instructions and creation of ad serving tags.
Support the overall delivery of campaigns by ensuring timely trafficking of campaigns, campaign performance optimization, troubleshooting and reporting;
Design and execute omni-channel digital campaigns across email, programmatic and social media;
Liaison with clients to collect assets, manage the editing and approval process throughout the entire campaign;
Domain expertise across multiple software tools to run and optimize each campaign while providing insight and value to our customers;
Monitor campaigns throughout the lifecycle. Communicate with account executives, creative agencies, vendors and other stakeholders on issues as needed;
Monitor, create and update discount postings and other listings on our site;
Create and maintain product inventory for the sales team to review;
Provide visibility around KPIs for the organization as it pertains to advertising stats, analytics tracking, campaign agreement reminders and more.
Requirements:
A winner and a self-starter. Anticipates challenges and prepares in advance;
Organized with an extreme attention to detail, diligence and follow-through;
Able to balance and prioritize multiple deadlines;
Strong experience with DFP in a current or past role;
Experience with DFA, Google Analytics, Email Service Providers, Programmatic networks;
Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task and set priorities. Computer literate – Office, Google Docs, CRM systems;
Key characteristics include self-motivated, team-oriented, flexible, significant attention to detail;
Understanding and passion for the arts & culture community
with a focus on live theater;
Bachelor’s Degree required; Degree in Mass Communications/Advertising/Marketing a plus.
