We are looking for an Associate Media Director to join our New York City Mediahub team.

The Associate Media Director (AMD) will support the Group Media Director in establishing Media Strategies and Holistic planning approaches across Display, Mobile, Video, Content Marketing and Programmatic.
The AMD will also have a chance to work on new business and help grow the New York team.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Lead day-to-day digital campaign management needs and oversee campaign execution.
• Train and assist in the development of Media Planners and Assistant Media Planners.
• Work as the key client contact managing day-to-day questions and developing appropriate courses of action.
• Explore media alternatives and develop new solutions and POVs, demonstrating strategic thinking, creativity, and solid understanding of digital industry trends and partners.
• Oversee media plan and budget maintenance, ensuring strong level of accuracy.
• Compile and interpret media research for use in media plan development and new business opportunities.
• Evaluate sponsorship opportunities on an ongoing basis; meet with media representatives on an ongoing basis.
• Present media plans and recommendations internally to integrated team and to clients (junior & senior level).
• Oversee revision of media plans as needed throughout course of a quarter/year; oversee budget changes and flowcharts depicting current media activity. Monitor campaign changes within database (PRISMA & Mbox).
• Lead the team in developing key reporting insights and strong quantitative analysis.
• Help in the development of competitive analysis in order to gain knowledge of the competitive marketplace.
• Maintain responsive working relationships with internal media buyers, creative teams, and other media contacts.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, communications or related field.
• 6+ years of digital media planning and buying experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in managing and developing a team.
• Proven analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skill.
• Strong understanding of ad operations and ad tech.
• Proven media planning skills.
• Clear understanding of the media process.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
