The role:
Ticketmaster’s B2B Marketing team is focused on all client segments within Ticketmaster’s diverse B2B Client portfolio, driving value, thought leadership and engagement with the heart of our business. Ticketmaster was the first company to sell a ticket online and is dedicated to building excellent products and solutions for its clients and fans. As a Senior B2B Product Marketing Manager for Ticketmaster you will have the opportunity to collaborate across Ticketmaster departments to leverage the strengths of the larger company in order to create compelling segment branding and product marketing that solves the needs of our clients – from Arts, Pro Sport, Collegiate Athletics, Venue and Amphitheaters, Festivals and more. You’ll be at the heart of our B2B business, connecting our brand and value proposition between product, operations, sales and ultimately to our clients.
What the job is:
• Create competitive analysis and market positioning assessment to clarify, position and continue to establish Ticketmaster as the innovative market leader
• In collaboration with the Executive Team and Creative Services help define and carry-out the Ticketmaster B2B Client story, brand identity, curate the design system and develop the messaging
• Drive brand understanding and support throughout the organization
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for bringing new products and services to clients, including value propositions and product briefs for our products, solutions, and services based on target customers and user personae
• Develop compelling and easy-to-understand marketing content that will illuminate product benefits to clients and enhance the customer experience
• Lead, build and deliver sales tools across sales stages including product presentations, briefs, videos, case studies and other tools drive client acquisition and product activation
• Stand up and manage marketing automation tools and content to surface and cultivate leads
• Set brand strategy for external marketing channels including social media
• Accountable to project manage across teams and functions the development and delivery of all components for end-to-end marketing and communication plans
• Maintain ongoing product feedback loop by collecting and analyzing customer feedback, reviewing usage analytics and using the data to inform our product strategy and roadmap
What a qualified candidate should possess:
• Degree in Business-related discipline, Marketing or relevant experience. MBA an advantage
• Must have 5+ years enterprise software industry experience
• Experience with Product Marketing and how to launch new B2B products
• Tactical experience with B2B email, search, social media, publicity, display advertising, lead generation, brand communication, content marketing, and industry events and promotions
• A proven track record as a multichannel marketing leader, creating and executing successful marketing strategies in support of an enterprise sales organization
• Cross team collaboration and experience working across matrixed environments and teams
• Prefer candidates with experience in an agile development environment
• Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in brand development, graphic design, web design, production, etc.
• Program or Project management skills a plus
