Job Summary:
Provides administrative and project or process support to the EVP, Connections and SVP, Connections as well as the Connections Team.
Job Description:
• Maintain the EVP and SVP Connections appointment schedule and calendar by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, phone calls, and travel
• Create, organize and manage departmental documents i.e., presentation materials, training materials, executive meeting materials, event preparation and more
• Book and organize departmental and external meetings, including but not limited to securing meeting spaces and ordering meeting materials
• Transcribe internal sales and marketing conference meetings for the Connections team
• Oversee and maintain executive expenses
• Assist with managing, tracking, and compiling various reports for internal, tentpole, and sales events
• Anticipate and interprets the needs of management staff and team without direction
• Maintain client contact listings
• Collaborate with C-Suite executive assistants both internally and externally
• Assists with prepping monthly and weekly team meetings

• Excellent time/project management skills; ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Exceptional writing skills
