Job Summary
Spectrum Enterprise’s Client Lifecycle Marketing team is seeking an experienced, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join the team. This position will be responsible for the execution of cross-sell marketing strategies that build demand for new and existing services which will help enterprise-grade clients grow and optimize their businesses. This role requires a strong mix of leadership, strategy and vision as well as project management, analytics and relationship building.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop and execute programs/campaigns to generate demand and sales leads from client base, to help sellers reach quota and improve sell-in of additional products.
• Collaborate with other functional teams to include: product management, offer management, sales management, operations, marketing communications, finance and acquisition (vertical/non-vertical) marketing teams.
• Collaborate with analytic resources and develops reporting to deliver appropriate in-depth analytics to understand the levers that drive cross-sell conversions. Understands the differentiated and evolving needs of enterprise-grade clients as well as the associated decision triggers that indicate readiness to consider additional solutions for their business.
• Request, manage and QC targeting lists for all cross-sell tactics based on campaign needs and requirements; work with Analytics and Marketing Ops.
• Develop and approve campaign creative assets: provide creative direction and feedback to internal and external creative resources to develop materials used in campaigns. Responsibility also includes ability to version messaging along various dimensions, such as vertical, seller assignment, product set, etc.
• Lead Routing/Management: Managing cross-sell Lead Routing Process, providing regular reporting, analysis of lead and opportunity conversion rates, along with overall lead performance; works with internal and external inbound call teams.
• Campaign Calendar and Management: Create, maintain and distribution calendar of all planned cross-sell focused lead gen marketing activity.
• Maintain and update internal sales enablement portals with updated cross-sell creative samples.
• Maintain and update all product positioning, value proposition and messaging framework for cross-sell marketing efforts.
• Sales Training: Develop, contribute and deliver sales training for all client cross-sell initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
• Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills with the ability to simplify and present reporting/data into easily understood content.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to make recommendations based on analysis and expertise.
• Experience working with software platforms and digital technologies within the marketing technology stack such as marketing automation, content management systems and CRM.
• Must possess a high-level of proficiency in PowerPoint, Access and all Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail, balanced with the ability to think strategically.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks from beginning to end working independently and with a team.
• Ability to work well with people from all levels of the organization, many different disciplines and varying degrees of technical and business experience.
• Ability to think creatively.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Education
• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and/or equivalent training, education and experience required; MBA is a plus.
