SUMMARY
Hulu’s Brand Marketing department is seeking a(n) Associate Brand Manager who will be an exceptional addition to our Brand Strategy and Campaigns team. The Associate Brand Manager will help develop and execute Hulu’s brand marketing plans to deliver the company’s objectives. The ideal candidate should have a mix of broad marketing and brand management background, including but not limited to conducting business analysis and providing recommendations, developing solutions to strategic brand challenges, working with cross-functional teams successfully, drafting business and creative briefs and managing multiple projects in an organized and timely fashion. Agency experience is a plus!
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Work with the team to help develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns
• Lead day-to-day communication and relationship management with external creative agency
• Create quality and detailed briefs to establish direction for creative, media and other partners
• Conduct analysis of key performance metrics and consumer insights to help refine brand strategies
• Manage internal brand efforts to ensure consistent brand position and voice on-channel
• Demonstrate technical marketing and project management skills as well as knowledge of company and product
• Develop and deliver campaign recaps, updates and brand reporting with accuracy
• Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams as well as other business units to drive brand objectives
• Liaise with outside network partners on Hulu marketing initiatives (industry experience a plus)
• Show high sense of judgment, ownership over projects, creative problem-solving
• Support Brand team with other duties, as needed
WHAT TO BRING
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject required
• 4 to 6 years of brand marketing experience; entertainment and media distribution experience is a huge plus
• Agency experience is a plus
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment (start-up experience a plus)
• Highly adaptive and proactive
• Excellent project and brand management skills
• Strong balance of creative and analytical thinking
• Open/direct verbal, written, and listening communication skills
• Ability to work exceptionally well in a team environment
• Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills – up, down and across the organization
• Solid understanding of the evolving media landscape
