Job Description
Job Summary: Full-Time Job Opening This position is responsible for receiving and distribution of products and supplies for the Retail and Games merchandise at the offsite Warehouse. This position will also be responsible for daily oversight of the on-site Food Warehouse on a rotating schedule basis.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for the proper receiving, storage, pricing and distribution of products
• Responsible for the verification of deliveries, counts, etc. from vendors and shipping companies
• Responsible for maintaining computer inventory systems, following proper paperwork and data entry procedures to accurately record product movement from Warehouse to park operations
• Responsible for following and enforcing safety procedures for operating equipment and vehicles
• Responsible for the continual clean and organized operation of warehouse storage facilities
• Directs the daily activities of subordinate team members to insure an efficient and safe operation
• Responsible for enforcing all park policies and procedures including the enforcement of all uniform and grooming standards Administers corrective action as necessary
• Other duties as assigned
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Candidate must be able to maintain constant and honest communication with Corporate Retail, Corporate Games, SFOT Retail, Games, Finance, and Human Resources
• Must successfully complete certification for the operation of motorized equipment, including park trucks, forklifts and other equipment used in warehouse operations
• Responsible for scheduling of seasonal employees
• Responsible for expense controls, including seasonal labor, to insure all expense spending is in accordance with approved budget levels, subject to management approvals
• Responsible for the continual training of seasonal team members to perform assigned tasks safely and efficiently
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
• Reports to Warehouse/Purchasing Manager
• Indirect reporting structure includes Retail Manager, Games Manager, and Corporate Retail & Games
• Will supervise seasonal warehouse team members
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience
• Experience with park warehouse operations desirable
• Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs
• Candidate should be highly organized with computer as well as manual paper functions
• Must possess good written and verbal communication skills
• Must possess strong planning and organizational skills to insure maximum efficiency of warehouse team
• Candidate should be detail oriented and a self-starter with a positive attitude
• Must be able to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed and complete non-routine tasks as assigned
• Must be computer literate & able to understand basic functions of park software systems (Epicor, Query Design, Eatec, Optim8, etc.)
• Detailed Experience of the Epicor and EATEC platforms is required
• Must possess a valid TX driver's license and a clear driving record
