Licensing Coordinator - PYRG
Penguin Young Readers Licenses is currently seeking a Licensing Coordinator.

REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge and appreciation pop-culture, trends, and children’s brands across a variety of media
A desire to be part of an energetic and creative workshop that acquires and creates the very best!
• 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Prior office experience
• Sharp writing and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and other current systems
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, plan for the unexpected, and stay one step ahead
Responsibilities:
Provide daily administrative support to the VP/Associate Publisher, and Director of Licensed Publishing. Manage daily communication with Licensors.
• Field requests and approvals
• Communicate brand updates and marketing initiatives
• Maintain contracts and assist in amendments
• Assist in renewal agreements & contract terminations
• Track advance payments
• Run sales reports
• Manage quarterly forecasting
• Assist in planning and preparing year-end licensor business reviews
• Schedules and calendar management
• Book travel
• Work across a variety of proprietary online systems
• Attend Licensing trade shows when necessary
Reports to VP/ Associate Publisher and Director of Licensed Publishing
