Associate Producer, Video and Content Production, Creative Group is a dynamic, wide ranging job requiring a broad array of skills: shooting, editing, graphic design, animation and producing. The goal is to create the best and most effective video assets.
Responsibilities
• Serve as editor and/or production crew when projects necessitate utilizing internal resources: adept at shooting and lighting interviews a must, as well as strong graphics abilities, editorial skills and mixing skills
• Interacting directly with internal creative staff and client (labels, artists) to assure best creative product. Acting as liaison between outside vendors (production companies, editors etc) and creative staff
• Contributing creatively throughout the production process (director and editor suggestions)
• Overseeing completion of editorial, mixing and mastering process
• Ensuring quality control on all masters before shipped
Qualifications
• Strong project management skill
• Strong graphics and animation skills: design and execution, knowledge of multiple graphics software systems a must
• Experience managing difficult and unique personalities from a creative standpoint and client/artist
• Knowledge of top technological and industry trends
• Ability to assume leadership role within production process and instill confidence in clients
• Strong skills with camera operation, lighting, and sound recording
• Prior editing experience (Adobe Premiere a must)
• Post finishing experience (color correction, audio mixing)
• 3-5 years of related experience required
