Description
Acting as the primary public advocate for Artlogic in the US, the Sales & Account Manager will play a major role in developing Artlogic’s client base and dramatically improving brand awareness within the United States. With 600 clients globally and over 100 in the US, this is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our US expansion plans.
We are looking for a self-starter who brings an in-depth knowledge of the commercial art market and solid connections within it. The right candidate will be expected to establish and develop new sales strategies and to on board a variety of fine arts organisations. This will include galleries (from the major blue chip organisations to startups), artists studios, collections and more.
Now in it's 18th year of business, Artlogic has established itself as the leading provider of fully integrated cloud based gallery management software. With clients in 45 countries specialising in everything from Old Masters paintings, Medieval Manuscripts, through to cutting edge contemporary art. Artlogic offers the unique ability to integrate an organisations technology needs into one centralised package. Combining: database, iPhone/iPad sale app, website and mailing system.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
• Create, sustain and develop sales campaigns focused on the US art market
• Specifically target organisations with offline database solutions
• Utilize your professional network to help develop and keep track of new leads
• Manage inbound sales enquires over phone and email
• Visit clients to conduct in person demonstrations or training sessions
• Help oversee and manage day to day of the US office and report back to the UK management team
• Think creatively and strategically about Artlogic’s growth in the US
• Help where needed with inbound US support enquires
• Setup new client systems and websites
• Project manage data imports from older offline systems into Artlogic
• Oversee US marketing efforts including social media outreach, possible partnerships and marketing emails
