Role Description:
Want to build connections within the high-end real estate and design community?
We are seeking a creative community manager to join a startup called Brick & Wonder being incubated within a practicing architecture studio in New York. Working alongside the Lang Architecture and Hudson Woods teams, our community manager will support our efforts to build a highly engaged online community of talented design and real estate professionals, in New York & beyond.
This role is part-time, 3-4 days per week with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role within 3 months.
Must have:
- A self-starting approach and a willingness to pick up the phone
and make contacts and introductions are a must.
- A passion for architecture, design and real estate is essential
- Experience as a social media/community manager, ideally with
specific experience building and growing a niche B2B community
- Proven track record of creating a meaningful online community
engagement, conducting thoughtful outreach and leading branded
partnership campaigns
- Excellent writing, with the ability to independently research, write
and edit compelling content for online journal and newsletter
- Strong visual eye for curating social feeds with beautiful, relevant
content
- Solid design skills for editing photos, designing newsletters, print,
and other media
- Organized and highly motivated to reach out and build connections
within the high-end real estate and design community
Nice to have:
- Experience designing and running offline events with
online follow-up
- Startup experience
- Photography skills
- Experience with producing or editing video content
