I. Job Summary
| Major goals and objectives.
The Local Sales Manager oversees, leads and motivates local Account Executives to generate new advertisers and expand the revenue share of existing clients. This position utilizes all sales platforms to develop new business including broadcast television, digital and mobile media and strategically leads the team in growing transactional accounts.

III. Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements| All must be met to be considered.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree In Marketing or related field, or equivalent training and/or experience.
Experience:
Five plus years of local television sales or related experience.
Previous broadcast sales management experience preferred with a proven track record of successfully managing a sales team.
Experience in creating and implementing revenue producing programs

Must possess advanced knowledge of TV ratings and research.

Knowledge of the Las Vegas designated market area is preferred.
