Administrative Assistant, National Sales Team (Chicago)
POSITION OBJECTIVES:
The Administrative Assistant is primarily focused on supporting the National Sales team in Chicago. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will work with internal departments across the country.
Responsibilities:
• Organize and schedule meetings and conference calls
• Assist with written correspondence including emails, letters and forms
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Book travel arrangements
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
• Provide general support to visitors
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
• Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Required skills:
• Desire to learn and understand the digital media industry
• Data entry skills
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to multi task
• Must be a self-starter who can take initiative
• Must be able to prioritize
• Must be able to think analytically
• Must be able to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Handle confidential information with discretion and accordance to our guidelines
• Must be able to type at least 50 wpm
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task
