We are seeking a highly skilled, adaptable, and reliable Marketing & Sales Specialist to help take our growing company to the next level. In this role, you will nurture current client relationships while also strategically planning and implementing opportunities for sales, marketing, and advertising activities in order to grow the business revenue. You should have successful experience in sales and fulfilling client needs. You also have extensive experience with measuring analytics, market research, product and service promotion, anticipation of customer behavior, above par communication skills, and measurable sales success. Part-time, 25 hours weekly. Please be available at least one day per weekend. Salary commensurate with experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Set and meet monthly sales goals
-Grow revenue streams, including corporate events, weekly classes, parties and private classes
-Outreach and follow up with previous and current students/clients via email and phone
-Create in-studio marketing materials
-Communicate and liaise with online marketing team and office team
-Create keyword rich content for website
-Discover and implement offsite location events for classes, camps and events
-Build and track new sales funnels and drip marketing
-Create, implement and measure/track content for social media & email marketing
-Run promotions, devise promotional strategies, nurture client relationships
-Oversee administrative tasks and other projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS /EXPERIENCE
-BS degree in sales/marketing or relevant field
-Success in data-driven revenue growth
-Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, Excel, web analytics, Google AdWords, and Photoshop
-Above par communication and relationship building skills, both written and verbal, including negotiation, pitching products, understanding client needs, networking and attentive listening skills
-Diligent, excellent organizational skills, self-motivated
-Creation of successful campaigns in social media marketing, online marketing, email marketing and website SEO rich content creation
-Savvy and successful sales techniques
-Availability must include one day per weekend (weekly) and occasional evenings
