We are currently seeking a Coordinator in the Financial Operations group responsible for auditing Vendor Master registration requests, which includes reviewing required documentation for accuracy and communicating necessary changes with business units, vendors and offshore team.
Job Functions:
• Audit vendor registrations submitted through UniPort and communicate with vendors
• Interact on a day to day basis with users across all UMG business units in US
• Conduct trainings for new employees on Vendor Master processes/procedures
• Serve as liaison between offshore AP and Business Units
• Perform special projects and run reports from UniPort and SAP
Job Requirements:
Skills/Abilities:
• Aptitude for interacting professionally with all levels of personnel, including label Executives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to also interact with a team
• Address issues in a timely fashion and work under time constraints
• Capacity to multi-task, prioritize and juggle competing priorities
• Must be able to keep information confidential
• Essential to be self-motivated and extremely well organized
• Strong independent problem solving and communication skills are needed to research issues and perform special projects when needed
Financial Systems (On Job Training)
• UniPort
• SAP
• Hyparchive
Experience:
• Excellent Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Internet skills
• Some SAP and previous experience with Accounts Payable/Vendor Master
• 1 – 2 years of work experience in a similar role
Education:
• Some College desired
