Coordinator, Marketing & Distribution - Sony Pictures Worldwide Acquisitions

The Coordinator, Marketing & Distribution, will provide full range of administrative support for the Marketing & Distribution Vice President, including: handling phones/voice mail, calendar, filing, drafting correspondence/presentation decks, meeting/conference call/screening/event coordination, invoice processing and tracking, travel arrangements, handling correspondence. The Coordinator will also provide the above-mentioned support for the Vice President of International Productions, as well as the Senior Vice President of Business Development and Content Strategy. In addition, this role will support the worldwide marketing & distribution needs of the department.
Job Responsibilities
• Managing phones/voice mail
• Calendaring and filing
• Drafting correspondence/presentation decks,
• Setting-up meeting/conference call
• Handling screening and event coordination
• Invoice payment processing and tracking using SPE’s AP system
• Handling Travel arrangements and correspondence
• Coordinating delivery of marketing assets, posting assets in internal databases, and tracking deadlines
• Managing interdepartmental communications regarding acquisitions and productions
• Coordinating internal and external PowerPoint and/or Keynote presentations
• Coordinating market research, film festivals, film premier
• Managing travel arrangements for executives and talent
• Updating internal film tracking documents
• Managing SPWA and Stage 6 Film’s online presence including but not limited to making timely updates to the Stage 6/SPWA’s website, the Wikipedia profiles, and the IMDb profiles.
• Attend departmental meetings and take notes pertaining to all marketing & distribution duties for the department.
