System Support & Training Analyst (Digital Ad Sales)

Overview and Responsibilities
We are in search of an Analyst to provide first-level system support to the Digital Ad Sales team, assist in staff training, write training documents, and manage SOX validation quarterly system review. This great opportunity will provide you with high visibility with many internal groups across Viacom.
Major Responsibilities:
SYSTEM SUPPORT
• LEVEL 1
◦ First contact for Digital Sales Teams for all user system support issues or questions
◦ Systems Administrator (user set up, account termination and password resets)
◦ Work with Viacom’s IT department to follow SOX compliance security rules around system access
• LEVEL 2
◦ Determine if escalation is required for system issues and work with external support teams from WideOrbit, Google and FreeWheel, as well as, internal teams until a solution is reached.
◦ Process WODH Administration system change requests (Websites, Webpages, ad slots, WSG, etc…)
◦ System Upgrades requiring Admin tasks (ex: UAT testing, adding new roles, et)
◦ Update the WODH Procedures Guide – Responsible updating WODH Procedure Guides each month to ensure the guide is always up to date. Analyst to consult with Business Operations team on all system enhancements that need to be incorporated into the WODH Procedures Guide.
TRAINING
• Serve as training back up to manager to conduct system and process training for new digital Ad Sales and Ad Operations staff.
• Work with business teams and Senior Manager to develop, update and deploy training materials.
• Create step-by-step process guides and other reference materials to support training.as
• Log trainings and maintain attendance and completion records.
AUDIT COMPLIANCE SUPPORT
• Manage quarterly user validation audit check for the Wide Orbit Digital Hub system.
Basic Qualifications
• 0-1 Year of work experience. Experience with customer support a plus
• Experience w/ Wide Orbit Digital Hub, DFP, FreeWheel, MOAT a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s Degree required
