Responsibilities
Managed Output Analysts are responsible for providing & facilitating fleet management support for all output devices (copiers, printers, faxes, etc) associated with an assigned group of clients. Their role is to ensure the effective ongoing operation of all fleet related solutions and components of our services agreement. The Managed Output Analyst will provide monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc data analysis and reporting that delivers meaningful and actionable information, drives success against program objectives, and provides exceptional customer service to align with customer needs. Some daily and overnight travel between customer locations is required for this position.
Qualifications
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 3 – 5 years experience in Managed Print Services; advanced Microsoft Excel, data base and data management knowledge; strong analytical background; Good follow up skills, Experience interfacing with and presenting to management level customer contacts and varying levels of internal customers, ability to multi task, logical thought process; Strong project management, analytical, organizational and presentation skills.
