Description
Owner of a boutique bookkeeping and business management firm located in NYC seeks part-time* assistant to work in home office.
Tasks included but not limited to:
- Running errands (store, post office, bank)
- Managing calendar and appointments
- Liaise between staff
- Managing household projects
- Assisting with travel plans/preparation
Additionally, administrative assistance is required. This includes but is not limited to:
- Filing and organizing
- Maintaining general info emails and telephone messages
- Reviewing and approving timesheets and invoices from other members of the team
- Updating social media across multiple platforms
YOU:
Must be:**
- Proficient with MAC OS
- Proficient with Google Apps for Business (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, etc.)
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel (this means you understand and have experience creating and editing documents including basic formulas [Excel])
- PUNCTUAL
- A self starter (meaning takes initiative without direction when needed)
*1-2 days to start
