You collaborate closely with peers across Human Resources and TiVo, wherever they are located around the globe, to create and sustain a compelling employee experience that differentiates TiVo. You thrive in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment that also encourages and enables your professional and personal growth.
To excel in the role, you demonstrate a passionate curiosity about what motivates people at work, and a fervent dedication to brilliant execution. You actively partner with the Senior Director and HR leadership team to create practical, scalable and actionable plans that are understood by all stakeholders. You innovate, work well both independently and with others, and take full accountability for the outcomes of your decisions and your work.
As Talent Management Program Manager, you:

• Compile, analyze, interpret and present reports related to talent management and learning processes
• Ensure all Talent Management content management channels are up to date
• Develop, refresh, publish and distribute support materials/collateral for Talent Management programs
• Establish yourself as one of several enterprise subject matter experts on TiVo’s modern learning platform
• Deliver workshops and/or webinars about topics such as program rollouts, continuous learning events, capability learning events, etc.
• Collaborate with the Human Resource and other cross-functional teams to review, refine and execute Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) processes
• Engage with other TiVo Program Managers on information requests and best practice sharing, etc.
• Provide external thinking and thought leadership to the HR Team to ensure best practices, consistency and quality of programs.
Qualifications:
• You have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience designing, developing and / or executing programs in dynamic, innovative and outcome-oriented environments.
• You demonstrate capability with various productivity and social media technologies, and an eagerness to become highly proficient using new ones - quickly
• You write and verbally communicate well with others, and are comfortable presenting to small and medium sized audiences.
• You are always, always learning, and as much about yourself as about the company, your colleagues, and the business. You apply what you learn to your work, and are generous in sharing your knowledge and skills with peers.
• You build solid relationships, and are learning that there are numerous ways to influence others.
• You make mistakes. You acknowledge your mistakes. You take accountability for the impacts of your mistakes. You learn from your mistakes. You move on.
• You like to travel to different parts of the US, even to other countries. Staying home is cool, too.
• You may or may not have a college degree. More important than a degree is evidence that you learn, that you apply what you learn to your work, and that you strive to grow and improve daily.
