Who You Are:
You are passionate about creativity, data and delivering results. You are experienced at thinking through and executing demand generation programs. You are experienced with key marketing channels, including email, digital (Paid & Organic), 3rd party advertising, social, webinars and websites. You are highly-experienced with marketing platforms including Eloqua and CRM (Salesforce.com) to execute on campaigns and report on program success. You are highly competent with the tools and techniques required to execute programs and have a hunger to test new initiatives, platforms, plus you can assess and prioritize them quickly. You’re a self-starter, who is a collaborative team player and enjoys working with cross functional teams to deliver results.
Your Next Challenge:
As a Demand Generation Associate, you will be responsible for creating, building, delivering and reporting on targeted campaigns to generate sales leads and conversions. You will work closely with many parts of the organization, including, but not limited to, product, sales, technology, sales operations to ensure the successful development, delivery and maximum impact of the annual business plan.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute the launch of new campaigns including landing pages, testing, and promotion plan that includes various inbound and outbound marketing strategies and tactics
• Monitor pacing and promotional activity for all campaigns, optimizing strategies and tactics to achieve maximum ROI
• Coordinate audience availability and usage across channels and programs to make sure the most appropriate contacts are being targeted, while preventing database fatigue
• Produce messaging that addresses our clients highest and most complex business challenges.
• Develop and refine lead nurturing campaigns to ensure we are engaging leads in an ongoing conversation and nurturing them throughout the sales cycle
• Identify opportunities to maximize the impact of thought leadership content by incorporating it into key marketing campaigns
• Ensure marketing content materials undergo regular review, updated and adhere to brand guidelines
• Partner with global cross-functional marketing teams to refine marketing programs and analyze campaign results to determine best practices
What You'll Need:
• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• At least 2+ years of experience in a similar role at a B2B company, ideally marketing subscriptions services
• Proven track record of creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns using both inbound and outbound marketing tactics.
• Experience working in a cross-functional, matrixed organization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and provide concurrent reporting
• Strong project management skills – proactive attitude in taking initiative and driving projects through to completion
• Expert knowledge of and an aptitude for CRM (Salesforce.com), marketing automation systems (Eloqua), reporting, web analytics
• Superb people skills with a proven track record of success interacting with colleagues in cross-functional teams
• Independent and creative thinker who can bring new ideas and perspectives to existing products
