Job Description
Ubisoft, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is seeking a highly talented, self-driven, detail-oriented, strategic IT Project Manager to support the Customer Solutions team.
The IT Project Manager will act as a Project Manager for the Global Digital Experience Program that is aiming to transform and upgrade the digital web experience of our gamers.
Responsibilities:
• Initiate and define all required aspects of the project, including but not limited to: creating a budget, outlining the communication plan, identifying risks, and establishing KPIs.
• Continually monitor the application of this project charter, knowing when to revise the plan to meet changing needs of the business and communicating updates to key stakeholders.
• Upon project scope, participate to the process of external solution / services selection (if required in the project)
• Identify needed resource allocation according to project needs and help define proper organization on project in collaboration with the IT Manager, Team Lead & production Manager
• Drive the project team in the development of approved requirements from project initiation through post launch phase.
Qualifications
• At least 6 years’ experience working within the IT department
• At least 4 years’ experience in project management activities
• Previous experience in IT projects (Agile & Waterfall) with complex & international organizations
• Ability to track, manage, and resolve multiple issues and risks efficiently
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Strong interpersonal skills is a must, including presentation, meeting facilitation and team building techniques
• Strong analytical skills
• Creative / curious/ innovative: suggest system improvements and offer alternative solutions to the different problems that may appear
