Job Summary
This is an entry-level position where the candidate will assist the Investors, Supervisors & Directors in stewardship of media buys across multiple media outlets and accounts.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Media schedule data management – 95%
◦ Communicate effectively across media outlets and with sales representatives
◦ Request pre-logs and post-logs from media vendors
◦ Input/check post-logs in Core (response analysis system)
◦ Gather ad rates, and send schedules to media outlets
◦ Confirm media schedules
◦ Work across brand planning & other activation teams to ensure best results for client
◦ Manage traffic needs
• Clerical – 5%
◦ Check invoices and resolve media billing discrepancies
Supervisory Responsibilities

Knowledge and Skills Required
• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
• Experience working in fast-paced environment and able to multi-task
• Flexible multi-tasker, with the ability to follow directions
• Detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Enthusiastic, outgoing, and curious demeanor
