Position Summary:
This role will facilitate the development and execution of key HR related initiatives associated with our Technology | Product | Xperience (TPX) business plan, business as usual (BAU) activities, and our human resources 5 year plan and strategic roadmap. All initiatives will be linked to developing an exceptional employee experience, enhancing employee/team performance, and ensuring employee retention. In this capacity, this role will work with multiple stakeholders across TPX and corporate partners to design new HR practices, processes, and systems tailored for a high-performance technical workforce.
Project & Portfolio Management
Provides strategic consultative services & project management support to the organization to ensure short and long term organizational effectiveness. Manages the implementation of select programs and projects within HR that have significant impact on the business and/or the employees. Works to ensure that the HR team operates efficiently, effectively and consistently within strategic and operational objectives. Works closely with HR Business Partners to ensure new programs are executed according to design and are achieving expectations. Leverages change management techniques to ensure effective implementation of new approaches. Develops and maintains an overall portfolio management process to monitor the health of HR operations across TPX. Owns the coordination and facilitation of a regular cadence of operational meetings with the HR SLT, HR Business Partners, and HR Centers of Excellence. Designs and facilitates the delivery of a regular cadence of status reports on key HR initiatives across the business. Partners with HR Analytics and HR Leadership to design, coordinate, and link measures of success.
Process Improvement
Acts as process redesign champion that fosters an environment that attracts, retains, and develops top talent. Works with the HR Business Partner community to identify HR Service Delivery gaps and prioritizes areas of focus. Develops awareness and influences strategic direction of human resources and business practices. Coordinates HR Best Practice reviews and assessments.
Role Responsibilities:
Project & Portfolio Management
-Primary project manager and/or leader for major HR initiatives.
-Develop project calendar / activity board for all TPX HR initiatives.
-Partner with communications to maintain a calendar of key employee events.
-Hold regular project review meetings with appropriate work-stream owners. Review progress against roadmap milestones.
-Develop bi-weekly project status reports for senior leader review.
-Provide alerts to leadership on potential project risks. Offer recommendations for mitigation.
-Coordinate project interface with other cross-functional projects underway across TPX.
-Facilitate the project intake process to prioritize and balance workload against the existing portfolio of work.
-Facilitate the project staffing process to ensure the right alignment of resources with key priorities.
-Identify collisions or lack of alignment between BAU, Roadmap and Corporate HR initiatives.
Process Improvement
-Lead HR process improvement initiatives across TPX..
-Provide program and process excellence leadership to ensure work is aligned to strategic goals of organization and integrates HR policies and practices.
-Lead planning for HR process improvements across the business.
-Work with corporate HR teams to influence HR process redesign efforts.
-Identify opportunities for HR process efficiency across TPX.
-Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work
nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
-Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Preferred Qualities:
-Customer service orientation (reliable, responsive, customer focused) with the ability to build a strong relationships across multiple functions

-Ability to drive results individually and working through others (reliable, proactive, influencer, able to work effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment)

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated presentation skills
Minimum Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in business and/or human resources management discipline or equivalent education
-10-12 years of work experience within Project Management in a Human Resources function
-Demonstrated organization, quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills
-Demonstrated process & project management skills (PMP and six sigma certifications preferred)
-Mastery level change management acumen having led 3-5 large scale organizational changes (experience using ADKAR preferred)
-Experience in the development and implementation of employee communication strategies
