Advertising Sales Associate, Condé Nast International (New York based)
Job Description:
Sales Assistant reporting directly to Shannon Tchkotoua, Associate Publisher, British Condé Nast Publications. The US office for British Condé Nast is responsible for all US clients that advertise with British Condé Nast brands.
There are nine British Condé Nast titles: Vogue, Tatler, GQ, GQ Style, Vanity Fair, Traveller, Glamour, Wired and LOVE
Responsibilities:
Support for Clients
• Assist in completing requests for Client and Agency ad sales proposals
• Respond to information & media requests as requested
• Maintain industry updates for quarterly status reports
• Keep up to date general knowledge of clients and industry trends and news
• Complete monthly mail outs for issues as requested by London publishers
Reports for London Office
• Assist in compiling biannual year on year NY Page and revenue report
• Assist in writing quarterly Client status report
Meeting scheduling
• Organize Client meetings/lunches and schedules visiting publishers
Maintaining up to date information
• Maintain client contact information up to date
• Updating email blast lists by category for Clients and Agency
• Updating master Google Sheets document indicating pages, rates, position, insertion order status for all brands. Paying special attention to accuracy on rates and exchange rate conversions as they vary by Client.
• Keeping each brands rate sheet current with USD and GBP rates
• Requesting bi-annually, recent ABC and NRS figures
• Keep organized file of all insertion orders. Checking accuracy against negotiation
• Maintain London contact list for all titles cross- referencing mastheads
• Maintain monthly comp list for all titles
Preffered Qualifications
• Knowledge of digital advertising
• Proficient in Google Suite
• Ability to work well independently and be proactive
