Position Overview
• Prepare and deliver recurring reports, slide decks and analysis.
• Develop and deliver accurate and timely ad-hoc reports as requested.
• Work with all departments within CFS to provide visibility to system data and to interpret data trends and patterns.
• Support various project teams and corporate initiatives by providing data analysis and reporting capabilities.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and deliver daily reports to management.
• Update and deliver weekly management slide decks.
• Assist in the reporting of monthly, quarterly and annual financial results and key performance indicator metrics.
• Research and resolve variances encountered in recurring reports and slide decks.
• Assist in the accumulation of data in response to monthly and annual external industry surveys.
• Supply and interpret relevant and timely data to Management for decision making as requested.
• Define and prepare ad-hoc reports and studies.
• Identify & implement opportunities to improve and automate processes while ensuring system integrity.
• Provide general assistance to the Business Analytics & Reporting, Finance, and CFS Management teams.
• Participate on departmental and cross functional project teams.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree is required
• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication skills
• Desire to meet the needs of internal and external customers
• Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to act independently and within a team
• Ability to manage and prioritize workload
• Ability to meet deadlines and concentrate on detailed information
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Effective follow up abilities
• Strong work ethic
• Positive, team player attitude
• SQL, BusinessObjects, statistical analysis, data visualization skills a plus
