Required Skills:
The Coordinator of Global Film Marketing will support the Global Film Marketing team on theatrical releases, exhibitor relations, brand and partnership campaigns. This role will communicate across multiple departments, developing materials to be presented internally and externally and assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
What you’ll be doing:
• Coordinate the flow of information and materials among departments and international teams to facilitate the marketing and advertising process
• Work with vendors, studio partners, and internal team members to procure, ship, and track promo items while staying within budget
• Assist with special events and promotions, working closely with publicity, digital, international, and exhibition teams
• Attend meetings at various levels within the company taking extensive notes for reference
• Work closely with creative on asset requests and delivery
• Interact with studio counterparts on various film marketing activations
• Create extensive decks via PowerPoint to ultimately be presented to executives
• Additional ad hoc duties as assigned
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• 2-5 years’ previous related work experience
• Must possess detailed organizational skills, project management skills and effective communication skills.
• Fluency with PowerPoint and Excel are REQUIRED
• Strong communication skills and grammar usage across all levels within the company
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
• Motivated and driven individual with professional demeanor
