Overview
We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the operations and client relations of an account within this region. The Operations Manager will manage the strategic development of the existing client base by enhancing relationships at all levels within the clients' organization and by ensuring the highest level of service and client satisfaction. The Operations Manager is also responsible for ensuring required reporting is accurate and timely, coordinating quarterly account reviews, addressing escalated client questions or concerns relating to performance, and implementing process improvements based upon established best practices. The Operations Manager is responsible for overall management of the device fleet for the client, including the ongoing capture of key metrics that provide visibility into program activity and success, based upon established targets. The Operations Manager provides up-to-date reporting on device inventory (asset management), status and service history on devices in the field, print volumes and associated costs, and usage trends, including opportunities for cost/operational improvement.

Responsibilities
Specific job duties may include but not be limited to the following:
• Develop and manage the relationship with the daily and senior level administrators
• Create and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Ensure the effective implementation of the customer relations plan
• Ensure effective performance management with direct reports and oversee the overall process
• Be accountable for the financial performance of the account(s) against budget
• Establish and maintain a master asset log for all in-scope equipment
• Capture meter read information monthly, using available tools, and submit for invoice generation in a timely manner
• Manage iMAC process and associated tickets
• Coordinate device deliveries, returns, and moves with Canon and client resources
• Review the monthly usage report invoice to ensure accuracy, develop monthly, quarterly and annual reports
• Establish and maintain the toner management and toner ordering process
Qualifications
This position requires operations and financial knowledge, plus a minimum of 5 years experience in facilities management and operations as well as working knowledge of a service organization. Requires leadership ability, superior interpersonal and communications skills, public speaking and negotiation skills. Must be highly motivated to attain company goals, both qualitatively and quantitatively.
