This position is primarily responsible for creating and managing paid search accounts across multiple networks.

• Structure and build campaigns
• Research and generate keywords using internal and external tools
• Perform account optimization and bid management
• Write and test creative
• Manage budget
• Maintain keyword library
• Build and analyze performance reports
• Research and analyze competitor’s use of various marketing channels and strategy
• Working closely with Product, Engineering, and Merchandising teams to identify new opportunity
• Landing pages optimization and A/B testing
• Test new traffic sources for better performance and conversion rate
• Assist with email marketing

III. Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements| All must be met to be considered.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and/or experience
Experience:
5+ years PPC/SEM e-commerce experience
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must haves:
• Excellent quantitative and strong communication skills
• E-commerce marketing experience
• Adwords, Yahoo, and Bing SEM experience
• Thorough understanding of website and SEM analytics metrics, theories and tools
• Expertise in Google Analytics
• Expertise in MS Excel including proficiency in organizing data for analysis, pivot table building, chart construction
Pluses:
• SEO experience
• Email marketing experience
• Shopping engine/ affiliate marketing experience
• Google Adwords certification
• Omniture experience
• A/B or MVT testing tool experience
% Travel Required (Approximate): 10%
