Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for coordinating and managing the internal workflow of sales activity generated by the Regional Sales team. This may include Pre-Sales/RFP development, creation of new business proposals, ensuring compliance with new advertiser/credit policies, order entry, campaign management, gathering client deliverables, customizing presentations, managing schedules, creating follow up reporting, invoice preparation, acting as customer service contact for select clientele, booking travel, and processing expenses.
As capacity allows, the sales coordinator may also participate in lead generation activities on behalf of their assigned Regional Sales Director. This position will regularly interact with the Pre-Sales, Order Entry, Account Management, and Finance teams at Premion as well as TEGNA Ad Operations and Corporate Finance teams to ensure all aspects of the client experience are fulfilled in a timely and accurate fashion.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
• A self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-moving start-up environment and managing a high volume of activity.
• Must be a dedicated, trustworthy, and dependable team member with a positive, “can do” attitude.
• Must be detail oriented and maintain a high level of accuracy in all related work.
• Must possess a natural curiosity to learn new things and be adaptable to a consistently evolving environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects effectively in a time-sensitive environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft office and extremely computer literate.
• Prior experience in digital media, media sales, or Ad Agency environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or CRM software is a plus.
• Knowledge of Strata and Mediaocean is beneficial.
