You will:
• Maintain appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
• Arrange corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas; scheduling airfare; booking other transportation; arranging lodging and meeting
• Prepare expense reports, and correct any audits as they arise.
• Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
• Complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; making adjustments to plans.
• Assist with the MNI training system by providing support, execute monthly reporting and analysis
• Maintain intranet site
You have:
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be outgoing, organized, efficient, team player and a strategic thinker.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Above average Excel and PowerPoint literacy proficiency.
• WordPress and Salesforce experience a plus
• Solutions oriented with a “can-do” attitude – someone who can think creatively and strategically, has strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and has an interest in digital media and learning about a multi-media brand.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to multi-task and efficiently manage time and priorities.
