Job description
The new digital product manager position delivers business solution concepts for SMBs, to increase customer loyalty and revenue. A successful candidate is data-driven, obsessively organized and over-communicative. They will lead cross-functional teams across the organization to develop, bundle and enhance products - including advertising, branding, e-commerce and CRMs. Join a team that is seeking change through an organization. Responsibilities
• Maintain ownership throughout a product’s lifecycle
• Execute a lean project management
• Research consumers, competitors and market opportunities
• Focus on retail and service lines of business
• Integrate analytics and business models
• Enhance customer loyalty and brand value
• Define, prioritize and socialize opportunities
• Develop strategy and planning using technology platforms
• Manage scope - including features, resources, deliverables, activities and budgets
• Breakdown concepts into manageable parts for deployment and communication
• Coordinate teams of internal stakeholders, vendors and developers
• Guide stakeholders through the user journey
• Bring MVPs to test markets while iterating products & experiences
• Juggle multiple projects concurrently
• Identify, communicate and resolve risk proactively
• Rapidly turn failure into innovation
Skills and Abilities
• Bachelor’s degree; five-plus years of relevant product management experience OR master of science degree in a business or technical discipline
• Experience in media, digital solutions and/or business development
• Proven influential leader with soft skills
• Experience with assembling first-generation products
• Ability to learn emerging technologies
• Obsessive attention to detail
• Demonstrates design thinking
• Ability to communicate in different settings - including remote offices, Slack, webinars, small groups and podium presentations.
• Effectively and efficiently convey ideas through words and illustrations.
