Responsibilities
The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily work flow at the client's site in Print Production.
Specific job duties may include but not be limited to the following:
• Scheduling and organizing assignments for staff
• Ensuring compliance with established standards and policies for the operation
• Facilitating and promoting the professional development of staff
• Performing daily key operator and/or convenience care functions
• Managing daily work flow to ensure on-time completion of jobs and other critical production and fulfillment deadlines
• Maintaining and promoting positive customer relationships
• Formulating partnerships with client contacts and achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Establishing a working familiarity with equipment capabilities
• Maintaining all equipment to manufacturer’s specifications
• Generating daily and monthly departmental reports
• Supervising the external vendor billing process
Qualifications
Your qualifications must include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to multi-task, excellent communication skills, prior management/supervisory experience, experience in Facilities Management support services and experience maintaining and promoting positive customer relationships. Must be able to move paper and lift packages. Knowledge of outsourcing/FM, such as copy center, mailroom, records/file management, document imaging, reprographics, and facsimile operations are highly desirable.
