The Role
The Content Manager will be responsible for the creation of content-related storytelling and content management of experiential & grassroots & multi-cultural programs. The role includes scheduling and oversight of multi-city photo & video content capture teams, planning & management of content calendar activity, working alongside internal and external partners, development of content library, oversight of editing / revisions and delivery of final product.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the updated in-market event & activation calendar to develop a weekly content calendar that is shared, presented and approved by the client
• Develop a strategic, on-brand, and compelling storyboard for weekly video narrative
• Work alongside field teams to develop content team routing
• Schedule weekly photo & video content teams in 3+ markets
• Create shot lists, talk tracks, training documents, direction to content teams
• Work with design and creative team to develop title cards, transition graphics, logos, etc.
• Ensure all creative assets are submitted for brand and legal approval
• Ensure multi-city content teams deliver selects of photos and video content by approved deadlines, delivered content should be premium
• Ensure quality of video and photo production
• Work closely with content editors, lead direction, manage V1 of edits, route through appropriate approval channels
• Work with client to manage revisions and deliver final photo & video product
• Manage the entirety of the content library, including content / video captured by field teams
• Fullfill client requests for additional content production or photo selects
Qualifications
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or the equivalent
• 5+ years of professional experience managing and producing high quality brand-centric content on behalf of brands or in a agency setting
• Billingual – English & Spanish
• Experience in creating content storytelling around experiential marketing strategies & events
• On-site event experience within content capture space is a plus
• Enthusiasm for delivering high impact projects and service to clients
• Experience in the Wireless/Telecom Industry a plus
