Requirements
Macmillan Learning is currently offering a paid internship opportunity for summer 2018. Interns will be provided with the opportunity to participate in work related assignments, gain practical work experience, and network with employees from various departments. Overall, the intern will become familiar with the basic structure of a publishing house and the role of each department within. The Macmillan Learning Internship Program is available for students currently enrolled in a college or university or recent 2018 graduates.
Purpose of the Role:
The Learning Solutions Specialist Intern will work collaboratively with our Digital Learning Solutions group to improve the customer experience in using our online learning and classroom management software.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze current instructor media adoption, enrollment reports, and other aggregated data to enrich current adoptions and to boost enrollments where there are none.
• Work with individual learning solutions specialists to help to enrich the customer experience.
Skills/Experience Required:
Candidate will have strong collaboration skills. Previous customer service experience and knowledge analysing data helpful but not necessary.
