Duties & Responsibilities:
• Attend team meetings, create agendas, take and distribute internal and client-ready notes
• Assist with the oversight of in-market field team activity, grassroots activations, and experiential events
• Create event and field activity routing and scheduling calendars and client-ready documents
• Create run of show docuements, field activity go to market plans, and activation plans
• Support in the hiring and training of in-market field teams
• Participate in team brainstorms and support with ideation research and packaging
• Package creative assets related to field programs and submit through brand approval processes
• Collect vendor paperwork, track invoices, organize and submit for approval and processing
• Conduct quality control of program documents, reporting, photos submitted from the field teams, organize and archive
• Create field team activity reports, recaps and metric tracking documents for all assigned events
• Assist with data collection, tracking and reporting
• Assist with identifying vendors and partners to produce field related / experiential activation assets – i.e. uniforms, collateral, signage, event sets, premiums, etc.
• Track and manage inventory, fulfill supplies as needed for the field teams
• Assist in developing copy poins and verbiage for field related campaigns or programs
• Work with agency partners, client support teams, sponsorship contacts, event location contacts to deliver or request relevant information as requested by account services team
• Keep in constant contact with Account Team Director, Field Director and Market Leads to assist with any needs, answer questions, create documents that are needed
• Keep team updated with anything going on in the field that they may not have information on
• Handle Fed Ex duties for all assigned events including labels, scheduling deliveries, tracking
• Create various calendars /schedules / presentations / outlines / recaps
• Track sweepstakes & contest winners paperwork and assist with fulfillment of prizing
• Digital & social campaign support including research, tracking, viral seeding, content capture
• Keep in contact with other teams in office to help conquer anything they may be working on
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline
• 2+ years of professional experiential marketing or field marketing experience
• Motivated, self-starter, takes initiative – someone who is genuinely interested in the event, experiential and field marketing industry
• Creative and strategic thinker who has a pulse on tech, digital & social trends
• Strong writing and critical thinking skills
• Powerpoint,Word & Excel skills is a must
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Detail oriented individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity in/basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator & basic HTML is a plus
• On-site field marketing / brand ambassador experience a plus
• Experience working with a wireless brand a plus
