Shopping Ads Solutions Specialist We’re building a visual discovery engine to help users find and do things they love, and we need your help to partner with retailers in support of this goal. This Specialist partners with retailers and merchants that have data feeds of their products and assists in building and managing sophisticated ad campaigns that help those advertisers reach their prospective customers on Pinterest. This is an exciting opportunity to work on emerging commerce-oriented ad products that are native and uniquely valuable to our intent-driven audiences. You’ll build, analyze and optimize shopping ad campaigns to meet or exceed their marketing goals on Pinterest and contribute to a functional center of excellence in performance optimization while working closely with our product and engineering teams to improve the efficacy of our products.
What you’ll do:
• Develop data-driven recommendations in onboarding and building out Shopping Ad campaigns that address client objectives and promote campaign effectiveness.
• Focus on client satisfaction and campaign performance through data-driven analytical insights, campaign tactics and ad effectiveness measurement.
• Provide customer requirements to help our product and engineering teams build the world’s best ad platform.
• Evangelize Shopping at Pinterest internally by developing and sharing best practices and scaled processes.
What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years in digital advertising with experience managing performance-oriented search and shopping ads for Fortune 1000 brands and budgets.
• Adept and efficient at manipulating, organizing and analyzing large ad datasets through spreadsheets.
• Strong at drawing data-driven insights and translating them into actions in a fast-paced revenue-focused environment.
• Ability to strategically triage and troubleshoot granular and big-picture issues and help solve client needs.
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset, developed organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to conceptualize and prototype ad-hoc workflow tools.
