HR Generalist/HR Manager, Revenue & Content Creation
POSITION SUMMARY:
The HR Generalist/HR Manager role will support the Revenue & Content Creation business areas of the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Serve as one of the lead HR points of the contact for Revenue & Content Creation
• Establish and maintain an intimate understanding of the client organization and the business
• Build effective and productive working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients at all levels of the organization
• Collaborate with client group to grow internal cohesion and a shared corporate culture
• Proactively assess business and organizational performance to recommend and drive action through a consultative, “influence without authority” approach
• Partner with business leaders to define and implement an HR strategy that aligns with company goals
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and hire the best talent into the organization
• Facilitate the resolution of all employee relations issues including those with complex, multi-step solutions, investigations, etc.
• Proactively identify Talent Management gaps; partner with Talent Management team to and propose and implement changes and solutions.
• Continually act as performance improvement driver; provoking positive changes in performance and people management
• Be a key influencer of both people and business decisions.
• Review and analyze data for reporting purposes, to identify trends and to recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and engagement
DESIRED SKILLS:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience and exposure to a variety of HR facets including employee relations, organizational development and talent acquisition
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with entry level through executive level individuals successfully
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Integrity, assertiveness and the ability to build trust easily
• Ability to manage confidential information
• Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
• Strong understanding translating the priorities of the business and integrating the HR value proposition and strategies to meet the business needs
• Ability to influence and manage change and deal effectively with change management initiatives
• Self-starter with a creative mind and a track record of putting ideas into practice and assessing results
• Hands-on experience with HRIS
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with entry level through executive level individuals successfully
• Strong organizational, motivational, communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment, meet deadlines and goals
• Excellent analytical skills & ability to interpret data and recommend multiple solutions
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3-6 years’ progressive experience as an HR Generalist
• Prowess in integrating the HR value proposition with business priorities and developing strategies to meet the company’s needs and goals.
• Creativity and a track record of putting those ideas into practice. Adaptability and tenacity; the ability to continuously assess outcomes against objectives and pivot accordingly.
