Description
Photography Studio seeks an individual who enjoys working in an administrative role in a quick paced, busy, small-office environment. We are offering a full-time position.
Qualifications:
Reliable and diligent
Strong interpersonal and upbeat customer service skills, both verbal (phone) and written (email)
Great organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
Great communicator, and calm under pressure
Good problem solver
The ability to manage and schedule efficiently with our clients, our photographers, and our retouching staff
If you have had experience as a booker for a modeling agency, or photographers studio or agency, or have worked in production for a video company, or have done event planning and enjoy it, that is a plus
Requirements: Google docs, FTP File Transfers, Mac Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, & QuickBooks helpful but not required
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Bridge, a plus
Knowledge of the city a plus
