JOB SUMMARY
TheSpectrum Senior Digital Analytic & Reporting Analyst is responsible for analytical and reporting support of Charter’s residential and business e-commerce websites, and overall sales performance for the Charter Digital marketing channel.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and develop data collection strategies and metrics to support reporting on KPIs that directly measure the performance of online campaigns, e-commerce conversion funnels, and long-term marketing strategies. Emphasis is placed on KPI identification/creation and then tracking the continuous improvement.
• Serve as the research, data and insights expert for multiple marketing/sales divisions.
• Audit data and metrics quality gathered across multiple systems into reports to identify and communicate trends for content updates.
• Leverage the latest ad effectiveness and ROI solutions to measure the impact that different forms of online advertising have on sales (Display, Organic, Paid Search, Email, etc.).
• Manage relationships with Charter’s marketing partners by infusing analytics and critical-thinking into large-scale marketing program-based decisions.
• Work closely with the business leaders of the Charter Digital marketing team to measure marketing effectiveness and sales performance of online customer activity.
EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Computer/Data Science
• Advanced degree preferred (MS,MBA), but not required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Advanced skills in one or more of the following programs: SQL, VBA, Tableau, R, Python
• Advanced skills with Excel (macros, pivots, etc.)
• Experience in Data mining & or Data Science
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail & organization
• 3+ years working experience (1+ in digital analytics or equivalent experience)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience with e-commerce
• Experience with Adobe Analytics & or Google Analytics
• Experience with attribution modeling & forecasting techniques
