Regional System Operations Architect

Serves as the main point of contact support person to CSP on-site Ops related issues and work collaboratively with department managers to meet customers demand and resolve on-going issues.
• Actively collect & analyze data across different CSP sites for operation performance comparison
• Assist in design, build, and implement solutions to support existing and new operations. Design and build environments include rack mount servers, VMware, SAN, barcode reader, etc
• Act as primary CSP support contact for any software and operations related issues
• Identify site requirements and propose solutions within site budget
• Address customer software related concerns to site GM & software development manager
• Collaborate with cross-functioning teams to complete future projects
• Configure new database and application servers for start-ups
• Develop customized solutions to customer/user problems
• Develop and document technical standard operating processes and procedures
• Monitor and address any systems/network performance needs
• Troubleshoot and maintain SQL server backups, daily files import, real time data exchanges, database replication such as mirroring and AlwaysOn
• Work with individual site management teams to address any systems concerns and ensure that IT operations have a business recovery plan in place
• Work closely with developers to identify software bugs, develop, maintain database stored procedures, SQL Jobs, SSRS, Indexing, etc.
• Research, develop, and support operations improvement initiatives in processes and technologies
• Perform R&D in technological aspect to increase operation performance and reduce human errors
• Perform Systems & Database Administration duties for ILCSP
• Provide 24/7 support when needed
Position Requirements
• BS Degree in Business, Management or related field or equivalent experience (preferred)
• Strong knowledge in analyzing data using SQL and create ad-hoc reports
• Advanced knowledge of customer support operations in the Lottery industry
• Experience in technical operation with software and system tools
• Knowledge in using distribution software, distribution methods and inside sales (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of employees
• Proficient in Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• SQL Database Administration, SQL Query a plus
• Networking experience a plus
• Windows Server administration
• VMware virtualization
• Data analytics
