Bose Store Manager
Summary:
• Delivering key store performance results, including store sales goal, comp store sales growth, average ticket, conversion rate and payroll as a % of sales.
• Coaching store team members on how to most effectively engage and sell to Bose customers while offering a demonstrably unique customer experience and value proposition.
• Recruiting, hiring, leading and developing the talent required to support the store.
• Maintaining visual basic standards, merchandising and overall operational excellence
• Managing loss prevention including achievement of shrink and absolute variance goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Day-to-day operational responsibility for the store to ensure delivery of business results at or exceeding targets including sales goals, comp sales growth, conversion, average ticket, shrink and payroll as a % of sales
• Effectively coach, develop and engage in the training of store team members in Bose Selling Skills to enhance the customer experience resulting in desired sales results.
• Proven effectiveness in recruiting, hiring, performance management and all aspects of human resources to effectively run the store.
• Implement Bose visual merchandising standards and execute promotional strategies.
• Physical maintenance of the store and protection of all company assets.

• Achievement of daily, weekly, monthly individual and store sales goals
• Sales growth (Comp Sales)

• Individual and Store Average Ticket Productivity Results (sales per hour worked) units per transaction

Job Specifications:
• Position reports to the Market Manager in a given geographic region
• Position currently has 4-12 direct reports
• Occasional travel may be required
Education/Experience:
• Minimum of five years of related sales experience, three of which are managerial
