Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer to join our growing TA team to help create our first, in-house sourcing team. Reporting to the TA Manager, the Talent Sourcer must be naturally curious and driven to find hidden talent to help us build talent pipelines across all business verticals. You must love the thrill of the hunt for the best talent using a variety of sourcing techniques, tools and resources.
You will partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand the search requirements and develop a sourcing strategy. You will also contribute to our diversity recruiting initiatives. You will manage passive candidate pipelines and related ad-hoc reporting.
• Source passive candidates through referrals, networking, internet searches, etc.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company's applicant tracking system
• Develop creative avenues to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns
Position Requirements
Qualifications
• 2+ years of in-house or search firm sourcing experience building both technical and corporate passive candidate pipelines
• Demonstrable history of using creative sourcing approaches, including Boolean searches, x-ray techniques, job boards, user groups, etc
• Experience with complex Boolean searches utilizing Linkedin Recruiter preferred.
• Successful track record of achieving candidate pipeline targets
• Motivated, self-starter with strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail
• Proven verbal and written communication skills - has the ability to network and interact professionally and efficiently with passive candidates
• Generate new ideas and creative solutions to problems while meeting talent pipeline deliverables,
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous work environment with constant priority and direction changes.

Education:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience preferred
• Certified Internet Recruiter or other certification a plus
