Position Overview
We’re looking for excellent candidates to join our team and participate in transforming Autodesk by using data and analytics to shape the business decisions and Sales strategies for the WWSS, Sales Channel and engage with Partners. In this role, you will analyze data, compute and deliver recommendations that help company improve business processes and Sales Strategies.
Responsibilities
• You will be responsible in creating analytical reports and develop BI tools with resulting action oriented conclusions. Also provide clear, actionable insights and strategies based on your data analytics
• Identify data requirements of key global stakeholders and help drive global alignment and adoption of them
• Drive cross functional groups in designing, planning, implementing and project managing of this effort
• Enable data requirements and relevant metrics and analysis in BI tools such as Qlikview, Power BI, Looker, but especially Anaplan
• Coordinate a rollout and training including communications, live sessions, online recorded or Brain Shark sessions
• Point of contact for analysis across a variety of data sources to trouble shoot or investigate data relationships in order to help determine how best to leverage them for decision management or resolve data anomalies
• Analyze complex business problems relating to systems and/or process
• Develop technical solutions to business problems
• Provide ongoing support to the business community regarding application functionality, business processes and data integrity
• Develop, validate and communicate technical solutions to internal and external team members, test solutions and ensure it meets specifications. Present and validate solution with teams
• Build SQL queries to pull large set of data
• Strong Subject expertise in Anaplan, and highly desired expertise in Qlikview and Looker
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience
• Data Analysis, Project Management, Communicating and Influencing Collaboration
• MUST have SFDC development skills, particularly around reporting and dashboards
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with Qlikview, Business Objects or similar reporting tools
• Excellent Analytical and problem solving skills
• Good oral and written communication skills and the ability to persuasively articulate ideas to all level of the internal organization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly-matrixed organization requiring superior skills in critical thinking, influencing, and managing multiple priorities
