Description
Cross It Off Your List, New York's leading Move Management and Organizing Services company since 1990, seeks a high energy individual to run our day to day operation.
A boutique company, our team of organizers spends their time in the field and we need someone who is always there for us, our clients and potential clients. You are the nucleus of the company that keeps it all together. An uber organized, quick thinking problem solver and communicator who can talk to potential clients or vendors, keeps everyone calm and on track, can be tough when needed and doesn't let anything fall through the cracks. There are always logistics to manage, a client that needs hand holding, a vendor to confirm, a fire to put out or something to cross off OUR list.
A scary job for some- an exciting challenge for the right person.
Our services include:
- High-end residential relocation services
- Managing and coordinating moves from 500 to 15,000+ sq ft residences
- Home and office organizing
- Planning and managing high profile client projects
- Coordinating, supervising and resourcing vendors
- New York, Hamptons, LA and between (currently a pending project in London)
Our ideal candidate must have:
- Experience in a luxury service environment
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent writing, editing and communication skills
- A passion and aptitude for being organized
- The poise and social skills to interact with high profile clients
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks
Responsibilities include:
- Effectively communicating our services to potential clients
- Managing multiple projects at various stages
- Overseeing our team of organizers and coordinating their schedules
- Directly interacting with clientele and vendors
- Managing day to day operations
