The Associate Learning Partner is responsible for facilitation and supporting the design, development, and revision of assigned learning programs. The role ensures effective participant learning and application of content through coaching, mentoring and other learner engagement methods. This role may also participate in research, needs assessment, design, development, delivery, and methods to measure program effectiveness.
• Facilitate/teach training programs for associates and other partners as defined by the training program. This includes providing performance coaching of associates in learning programs and conducting evaluations to ensure program effectiveness
• Deliver content professionally by stating a clear course purpose with objective(s).
• Leverage experiences in business operations, business strategy and leadership to recommend and/or develop best fit learning solutions
• Support the design, development, implementation, and update training materials and processes to ensure deliverables meet sound instructional design principles and accurately reflect current systems, policies and practices. Ensure program information is accurate, up-to-date, and communicate to the appropriate key stakeholders and partners
• Review course material and modify or advise others on improvements needed based on evaluations and changing business needs
• Support needs analyses to assess the state of the business and identify key performance and skills/knowledge gaps. Partner with Learning Architect and Learning Partners to ensure solutions align to the program’s strategy.
• Coordinate with the Organizational Development team for organizational design, development, or Change Management/organizational support. Develop deliverables in partnership, as needed
• Contribute to the planning, design, and implementation of marketing and communication strategies to build awareness of the organization’s curriculum and learning opportunities. Develop Change Management deliverables (e.g., Communications Plan, etc.), when assigned
• Contribute to the definition of metrics and partner with Learning Architects and Learning Partners (and others) to support the development and maintenance of a learning dashboard to track progress and execution of training programs
• Review status of learning programs, manage own schedules, prepare status reports, and perform value analysis and reporting
• Assess program issues and recommend solutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals
• Work independently to deliver work products on time and with excellence
• Manages non-complex training development projects with little guidance from others
• Drives identification and adoption of process improvements
• Travel up to 40% may be required. Ability to travel and work non-traditional work schedules as needed

• Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s Degree or advanced studies in learning and development, instructional design, or related field preferred
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in adult learning and development roles or experience serving as a leader of people
• Demonstrated experience with Instructional Design principles and development applications, e.g., e-learning software, image and media editing software, etc.
• Effective attention to detail and exceptional follow up skills
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills. Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback in a timely, clear and professional manner
• Operates with a business focus with an understanding of the Leader’s perspective on emerging learning opportunities to support key business objectives
• Knowledge of training methodology in each phase of the training lifecycle, i.e., assessment, design, development, implementation, and evaluation
• Knowledge of consulting on learning practices including needs analysis, skill and performance assessments, organizational interventions, facilitation, and the design and delivery of content for various audiences
• Ability to use data to drive decision-making and recommendations for performance solutions. Ability to distill data into concise, relevant presentations for an executive audience
• Ability to assess the need for change management support and knowing when to engage appropriate resources.
• Ability to develop Change Management deliverables (e.g., Communications Plan, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to use web-based applications for collaboration and facilitation, e.g., WebEx, Skype, social media sites, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
