Job Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of the Project from inception of the project to its assigned End of life. They are responsible for objective communication of all timelines, risks and associated costs related to the projects as well as constant communication with all internal stakeholders, R&D departments and Executive Management on all Project details including Development, Regulatory Submission, Order ability and Fielded product
Position Requirements
Essential Job Functions:
• This person is the Subject Matter Expert (SMEs) for all technical aspects of the projects they are managing
• This person will work directly with the Development teams on all Technical uncertainty in accordance with Corporate timelines
• This person is the conduit for all cross-functional communications with other internal Developmental departments related to their product
• This person will Identify all risk, mitigation and implementation strategies related to all Project Plans and incorporate all Business strategies to execute to Corporate Project expectations
• This person will conduct regular meetings with their stakeholder teams
• This person will provide Executive overview reports and summations on a regular basis for all Projects conducted by their stakeholder department
• This person will provide regulatory and submission support for their products and will assist with regulatory discussions as needed
• This person will analyze and streamline current Processes and Procedures in an ongoing manner to align with continual improvement plans
Qualifications:
Training and/or Experience:
• Minimum 3-5 years engineering, regulatory, operations, product or project management experience
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
• Ability to provide rapid responses to all inquiries from outside departments and/or customers related to their projects
• Excellent oral and written skills
• Ability to manage issues requiring problem resolution and conflict management related to multi-million dollar projects
• Expert knowledge of Office 365, Project related tools (inclusive of experience with any Project Portfolio Management tool)
• Expert Multitasking capabilities in order to handle the hundreds of projects per year they will be managing
• Need to be a team player, work with all established teams and instill teamwork within the PMO and stakeholder departments
• Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic Gaming environment
• Needs to have knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and/or SCRUM development methodologies
• Needs to understand every aspect of making bringing their projects to market including making them orderable before handing over to Product Management for release to Sales
